Bullrushes
Bullrushes

I had seen illustrations of bullrushes, all done once the ‘fluff’ had left the seed head.  Seeing the real thing for the first time was a pleasure, especially since the ‘fluff’ was still there and the background water so smooth.  This was taken at the small nature reserve at Birnie and Gaddon Lochs, which are near Collessie.
