I went exploring some more of the Fife coastline, and stumbled across the delightful little port of Lower Largo. One of it’s main claims to fame is as the birthplace of Alexander Selkirk, who inspired Defoe’s Robinson Crusoe.
What particularly caught my eye here was the wonderful ripples formed in the sand.
