We had wanted to visit the Castle of Mey in 2023 but our itinerary didn’t give enough time to do so. We made sure that this year we had plenty of time! We took the tour and spent a lot of time in the gardens. The setting is spectacular with fabulous views over the Pentland Firth. No wonder the Royal Family love it so much. Unfortunately it was somewhat grey when we visited, as the photos of the castle and view show. I would also like to know how they control slugs & snails on their hostas!
