
Having got my pre-loved Pentax K-7 I was eager to try it out, and since the rivers were very high I went to Ossian’s Hall to see what I could make of it.
I had the standard DA18-55mm AL WR kit lens, plus an old Sigma 70-210mm A-series Zoom, which is what I used for this shot. Manual focusing proved to be very tricky without a split image focusing screen. I had a lot of otherwise reasonable shots spoilt by a soft focus.
