I visited these Falls after torrential rain in the previous couple of days – almost an inch at home on Boxing Day, the 26th. Roads had been closed and there were still deep pools of water and lots of gravel had been washed over the road.
The falls are a bit over 2km from Kenmore along the minor road on the south side of Loch Tay, with several falls visible from the path. This isn’t the main set of Falls, but what I thought a more attractive one where the path crosses the burn. One of the views is from a faux Hermit’s cave.
