I can’t remember last time I saw such a display of bluebells – real bluebells, not the imposters. They are also scented.
The wood and some surrounding land is owned by the Woodland Trust who manage it to preserve and enlarge the native woodland.
There is a car park, a good path, and a bonus across the road was a stall selling locally grown strawberries and asparagus. Yum!
