I like to start walking by 8am, and that day there was mist lying in the valleys. Because of it’s position, Schiehallion can have great views across Rannoch Moor to the Glencoe hills. Cloudbase wasn’t much above the hilltops that day so the views weren’t quite as good as they could have been. Of course as I descended the weather improved!
