Branklyn Garden was another repeat visit, and the plants did not disappoint. They have lots of rhododendrons many of which were at their best, and also lots of primulas and Meconopsis with tress, including quite a few Acers, as background.
The planting is bold, with plenty of vibrant colours juxtaposed which I love. I’m not one for a white garden! I’d also like to know how they keep the slugs off their hostas.
