Ben Chonzie is often touted as an &#8216;easy for beginners&#8217; Munro, and yes, it&#8217;s straightforward in decent visibility and not too long a drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However I checked the walk reports on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkhighlands.co.uk\/munros\/ben-chonzie.php\">WalkHighlands<\/a>, and decided to start from Glen Turret rather than the usual Glen Lednock. To mix it up further, I traversed the mountain rather than going back the way I&#8217;d ascended.
