The Prater<\/a> amusement park and the very famous Riesenrad<\/a> wheel were next. The park and wheel are famous in part as they were one of the locations for that wonderful film, The Third Man<\/a>. I had also wanted to see the sewers used towards the end, but we were too early in the year – tours of those only start in May. We met my friend’s daughter, her partner and their daughter there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The views from the wheel unfold slowly – it doesn’t go fast, and while it’s loading us into the cars keeps stopping. It has some special cars for dinning, and one with a glass floor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
